Volume 15, Summer Issue: “Devotion” is out now.

The first issue of JoLT’s fifteenth volume invites us to consider interpretations of rebellion through a wide range of literary genres in translation: self-affirmation, resistance to oppression, empowerment of people. What brings us to rebel? What emotions inevitably spring from us? Can it be seen, through translation from multiple languages, how rebellion is a necessary passage of human life?
